If you don’t reach your websites, emails and server (control panel: htts://servername.com:2222) you are probably has been blocked by our Firewall because of these most common reasons:
1. Using wrong login credentials for your control panel, mail (SMTP, POP), database access (to phpMyAdmin), or to some of your CMS on your plan (WordPress, Opencart, Magento, Prestashop….). This takes our first place.
2. Cleaning your browser cache while you are logged in. In this case the browser will try to refresh with missing session and that will be counted as login attempt.
3. Opening multiple browser windows/tabs and suspend simulating bot behavior.
4. Browser crashed but not reopen immediately some time later it is reopen try to restore all windows from before crash.
5. Strange scripts (only in the portfolio of the softwares – rarely reported before that) trying to manipulate your systems or hosting from your IP address.

Now you can unblock yourself by allowing your IP address from the Client area with not time and start seeing your websites, emails and servers again.
How to unblock my IP in few steps:
- Login to your Client area.
- Got to My services from your Dashboard.
- Choose the hosting plan form your services in order to see if there is an IP address block.
- From the menu choose Unblock IP Address.
- In the green filed you will see your IP address and a message is it blocked by the server firewall. Also the reason why the Firewall has blocked the IP.
- If the IP is blocked, press Remove IP Block. That way you will allow the IP and will start seeing the server, mails and websites on it.
- Once you unblocked your IP address, you will whitelisted. This will stop blocking the IP even if you are trying to reach the Dashboard of the control panel with wrong login details or your email client / app makes has wrong credentials which using to reach the mail server to synchronize the mails.
Note: You can only unblock and whitelist your own IP address. Is not possible to whitelist IPs that are not related to your current IP of your network. This is because of possibality someone to whitlist bot networks or other IPs that could have negative effect on your server.
